PLACEMENT OF ORDERS

You must provide accurate and complete information requested on the order form before we process the Order. We will send you an email confirming the Order. once your payment has cleared. An Order for Products will only be binding on us once your payment has cleared. You will receive an email confirming the purchase.
If there is any problems with your Order, we will inform you by email.

PRICES AND TAXES

We only accept payment for orders in THB, IDR, AUD, SGD and USD. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices of our products may change without notice but changes will not affect order which we have confirmed with an Order Confirmation.

All international customers are responsible for customs and duties within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

RETURN PROCESS

You may cancel your order up to 2 hours after placing the order.
You may return/refund Products within 7 days of purchase if Products are faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back. However, some payment providers may take longer than 14 days to credit your account.

The cost of the return will be refunded.
