You may cancel your order up to 2 hours after placing the order.
You may return/refund Products within 7 days of purchase if Products are defective.
To return Products, please email us at info@seasunsociety.com with your order number and products you wish to return.
Once we have received the returned Products, you will be notified by email. Some payment providers may take longer than 14 days for the refund to credit your account.
The shipping costs incurred by the customer will be refunded.
All international customers, if you choose not to pay duties tax and the package is returned to us in good condition, we will issue a refund to your order minus the shipping cost. We will not be able to issue a refund if the package isn't returned to us, is destroyed, or is grounded at your country's customs office.
